SARS not joyful

SARS doesn't even deserve a star. I have been struggling with SARS since TAX season opened July 1st 2022. They were off line a few days. I have done my E filing eventually when they came back on line 3 days later. E Filing questionnaire filled in properly, they asked for supporting documents for my E filling return and yet again they were off line and I struggled another few days to submit my documents. "Someone at SARS then edited my request on their side and seems to have locked the document and shows "not requested" After numerous attempts my supporting documents were accepted online. " I have been logging in every day since to see if there was any changes make but there is nothing ells to show on my E filling except that my documents have been excepted. Normally I would get a SMS to inform me there is a notification on my email from SARS...Today is July 18th, AND STILL NOTHING!!! I want to know what is going on? I called the call center today July 18th voice prompt talking saying some services is not available and was 129th in the freeken cue. I have done my E filling truthfully and 100% to my knowledge and it was filled in correct as I do every year. But this is getting ridicules! Unfortunately I will not be forced go to a branch to sort it out I am to vulnerable for COVID and any disease as my health is a priority, I have done my bid online and request feedback a.s.a.p.
