Sars not giving payout "status keep saying "verification "

I'm dew a payout I changed the banking details it was changed by the sars agents they have checked the documents checked that everything is correct scanned it loaded it and everything, there is no problem all it says "banking details verification " and we will resolve the problem in 21 days, I have changed ,loaded everything in October we are in January every Saturday I get that msg I have called the call center that's another waist I spend 40min and then they drop the call every single time I had 2 appointments and they don't know what the problem is by the verification department so you just have to wait nobody can tell what the problem is I went on 2 occasions to a branch had to be there at 5am and nobody knows what the He'll is happening this is so wrong if you owe them money they quick to send you sms , emails letters everything but now nobody knows what's happening.
