Sars not giving me a refund or any assistance

Struggling for so long for them to sort out my tax return.. They keep on sending me the same letter. My bank details was uploaded and all supporting documents I even went into the branch in order for them to assist me now they are stuck on a 2012 submission that I had to do for I don't know why as it was more than 12 years ago. I asked why must I do submissions on a period of 12 years ago... I did what they told me to do and still no feedback they said my return is on hold due to the 2012 return but they told me to do a return I went specially to a branch to do this and now I have to upload supporting documents of that year the company I worked for for that 3 months does not even exist any more.. In fact Company's only keep records up until 5years maybe 10 so I want this sorted an proper feedback asap
