SARS NOT DOING THEIR 1 JOB THEY HAVE

Wow what a disgrace a once proud institution. How can it be that it takes almost two months for SARS to complete a verfication check? Dont bother phoning the call center because they cannot assist, they can only escalte (useless) and send an internal followup (useless).

SARS owes me money but because I was slected for verification that should have only took 21 days, it has been due for three weeks now. How pathetic no one at SARS cares and no one is willing to help either, always an excuse!
