SARS not delivering

I'm very unhappy.

Return for 2022 was granted an extension until 31 January 2025. The R4446 has not yet been paid to me. They sent me emails that I can't open. And eFiling app keeps on creating an additional assessment where as it need to work on my original assessment. The turnaround times are also a problem coz I get responses after months. Truly poor service
