sars not being very helpful in resolving my ***** case

I was garnishes by sars last year they said i owed R13000 last year that was paid now i am been told i again owe R12000 which no one has clarity abou this other amount, i called sars and advised them there was someone using my profile they even changed bank details to Thyme bank and false declarations were done,they said i should send an affidavit i did upload an affidavit with case number declaring that i dont own a business and i dont have any retirement annuity.still this matter has not been resolved instead now i have been sent a notice of demand for another ganish if i dont pay the money that i dont know its for what... i have been calling with no help
