SARS Not attending to company situation that will cause on retrenchment.

I am a Managing Director at Ukhanyo Travel and Events pty ltd with Vat Number: *** on May 2021 there was an audit conducted for 2018 financial year and it took 6months for the audit to be finalized, on December 2021 on conclusion of the Audit we have made deferral arrangement and up to date there has been no response but being thrown from pillar to post by various consultants and we have records of consultant advising that the matter will be finalized in a week or so, we have tried to book for appointments together with the company accountant without any luck, we have lost Multi million Rands contracts subject to Non Compliance and we don't know what to do as we have not been in operation since May 2021, Please advise as we have to let go of staff month end.
