SARS NOT ASSISTING WITH LOGGING A COMPLAINT OR GRANTING AN APPOINTMENT

I have been trying to get assistance from SARS in securing an appointment and logging a complaint against them but this has been unsuccessful for the past 2 years. At the servicing branch they refer me to the call center. The call center refers me to the branch. I tried calling the SARS complaints contact number but the consultant referred me back to the branch. And so the circle has been going round and round for months.
