SARS Non-refunding of VAT

I am still awaiting my VAT refunds for two of my businesses for 2023/05. Every time new documentation is required and a standard letter is issued, WIYHOUT being specific as to what is required. When you submit further documents the clock starts again at 21 days for your re-evaluation. This is affecting our cashflow as a small business and I have to closed down the one, but need this VAT refunds to do so.
