SARS no turn around time

Hello . I have been sorting out my tax return for the past 6 months. I am due a refund. SARS has given poor service, no turn time. This case number has expired and 21 days have lapsed and still no service or answers… I spend a hour on hold to get assistance and being told I will be call back ***
