SARS - No repercussion for SARS continual bad service!

So as a good citizen I put my tax in in July when the tax season opened. I later saw that again ( why me - every year?) I was to be audited and submitted the documentation on 27 July. On follow up I was told this takes 30 working days. 30 working days later NOTHING had been done so I was told to log an escalation. ( Since 21 July the status on the portal said I would have my ITA in 2 Weeks). I logged an escalation and called to follow up now to be told that I need to wait another 21 working days for a response! So I have now waitied ammost 7 weeks and you casually tell me you javent done your job or met your SLA but I must now wait another 4 weeks. I do I get punished by timeously submitting my return but you get off scot free with extra time for NOT meeting your SLA! Why do I have to go through this every single year! Disgusting SARS !
