SARS No Refund - Bad Service

Been following up my refund for tax return since last month 27th July 2023 still haven't received anything at all. Was issued a case number since I've submitted my supporting documents that was needed but no feedback. Calling everyday to hear the same story over and over "it will take 21 working days for the payout to be refunded" but ever since nothing happened. I have so many case numbers calling them and asking them when is my refund due but the same answer is given over and over.

Is this really what SARS think of our hardworking money been taken from us?
