Sars new system is horrible

So devastated. Submitted documents on 1 July my audit finished on 15 July my audit was complete. Had changed banking details already. Now they don't want to pay out they literally forcing me to go on my appointment for the 4th of Aug. They're holding my tax refund because of the appointment. I've got a house bond to pay. I desperately need this money
