SARS new system is annoying and call centre agents are unskilled / not rained

Terrible experience with sars. I was selected for an audit. It's now over 21 working days, roaming around in limbo and darkness. Agents are not skilled / trained properly- you move from pillar to post. No essential communication. This new system is very stressful.
