SARS New Levels of incompetence

SARS are shockingly in dissary. Submitted my returns and whoever handled my profile removed my returns for three months. Sars got back to indicating they need supporting documents in the forms of payslips and bankstatements which I originally had sent them in the first place! This was in October and still waiting to see if I'm tax compliant and if I'm being owed or owing them. It's scary that such levels of incompetence are norm at Sars
