SARS neglects to pay out money owed.

Same problem, submitted tax, SARS owed us money, received an audit - suddenly it seemed we owed them money and a penalty was raised as a result - due to late submission, a dispute was declared, it turned out they did owe me and my husband money, but 2 months later, the penalty stayed and no money has been paid out still....
