SARS Needs to be more efficient

Stood in the line from 7.15 am . They only start at 9am. They don't go according to first come first served. People are there for all sorts of reasons, so if you wait to get a tax number you wait for ever. I walked out there at 2.15 !!!!! Just think it's hundreds of people per day that loose a days work. Why is everything not online or at the venue where in this case SARS is only there once a month that they have more people assisting. And then they still go on lunch !!!!
