SARS NEEDS MONEY

I an registered with SARS e-filing. Twice I requested they contact me re a query. An appointed time was provided yet both times I received no call. I called again and talked with someone who asked me to hold on. After 10 minutes the call was dropped. All SARS offices are closed, so what does one do. But they want our money!
