SARS - Need I say more??????

JOKE! I have now been trying to do my personal tax for months, neither efiling online or on the mobi app is working. I have left many many call back requests - none were ever called back. I have held on being number 888 or 962 in the line. I finally made an appointed which was confirmed in writing for today at 12h00, whereby their consultant would call me to discuss my issue's.

We are now at 12h30 - and no call! The online BOT is useless its gives meaningless information!!

HOW CAN WE POSSIBLY BE GOOD TAX PAYING CITIZENS WITH A USELESS SYSTEM SUCH AS OURS????
