SARS My 2020 Refund is LONG OUTSTANDING

My return for 2020 submitted on 31 Oct, with the refund due date set for 21 days thereafter ending 30 Nov 2020; As of 2 Dec 2020; nothing from SARS - this issue has been escalated and I have lodged a complaint.
