SARS must go to hell!

I did my returns on the 06th July. My refund was due on the 01 August. I called the call centre on the 3rd to be told that I did not submit or provide supporting documents. The both cases were rejected only in October. I kept submitting the same documents via e-filling app. Received an email that said the case was finalised. A outcome will be send. Nothing till.
