SARS must get back to their PRE-COVID processes and stop playing games with citizens!!!

Can the SARS Top leadership just clarify why SARS is not back to their PRE-COVID processes ie open for walk-ins?

For example: to book an appointment to go to a branch takes 3 days for them to contact you - how do they classify URGENT MATTERS, which most times are caused by them? This is ridiculous!

Most businesses are back to PRE-COVID processes. What's so difficult for this Public Institution. Masses of South Africans are struggling to clear their SARS matters and then we are made to wait for hours in front of a sign that reads: 'No appointment, no service'! And it's a mountain climb to get that appointment. Please!
