SARS misleading consultants!

I am so dissapointed in SARS shame! times are hard i filed my refund and waited for 21 working days for banking details to be approved! i called lastweek thursday and a lady said she escalated the matter as the waiting period has lapsed, i asked for confirmation email she said they dont do that now im checking on the website it's still showing the lapsed waiting period that means she never did it after assuring me it's done! there's not even an email for me to follow up! i can't make th call right now due to unforseen circumstances! u really think SARS is big and should never mislead people like why! i want my balance and nje nothing is being done like do i really have to go to the office for something that can be resolved through customer service?! insane service!!!!! We are all busy but CS matters! customer service come on!
