SARS ....Mara waar is jy??? online process not smart review it

This is nothing new for SARS i'm sure you don't even have a designated department to attend to your social media complaints which makes me wonder if you have your 'favorites' when attending to clients. with this pandemic please get you procedures in order everything is already going to **** we'd like to claim our funds so we to can survive.

I was told to make an online booking. Fine i did that they want my tax ref number i cant find it im human i called in they cant verify apartheid eras contact numbers i need to go in and update in order to do that i must make a booking in the damn booking it requires the sars tax ref number which again i dont have!!!!!!!

So where am I getting? Nowhere I have not claimed once!!!!
