SARS managers are pathetic and the system as well

SARS system is very slow and pathetic. After spending more than 5 hours at a branch to file my returns and change my banking details I am being told now that I need to go back to the branch. This is bull****. I requested to speak to the managers who offered no solution. I ended up speaking to 3 different managers and Annelize was the worst as she cut off my call without offering me any solution or answering my questions. Dealing with SARS is a nightmare. They are quick to do as they please on your account and when you owe them and take forever when they have to refund you and even come up with excuses.
