SARS makes promises they cant deliver on!!!

So I complete my two income tax submission for 2015 (case no:***) and 2012(case no: ***) on 21 January 2016 and am told it will be audited and I was promised the audit will take 30 working days. Then last week I call to check if any progress have been made and I get told there have been no progress and that the audit date will take 60 days from the submission date. So much for SARS promises. So I call the complaint line and get told by Sibosiso I am not to worry I still fall under the 30 days audit period, NOT 60 days as I was told (case number for call: ***). I asked him twice to confirm this telephonically which he did and said my case will \definately\" be completed by 1 March 2016 and I must call on 2 March 2016 so that the case can be escalated. So today 2 March 2016 I call back and get told by Pres Skeyi I fall under the 60 days audit period now and my audit has not been completed (case number for call: ***). He mentioned that the workload is too much so they extended the period. So my conclusion is that SARS don't care about delivering promises made. Are there no workload analysts? Is this the treatment faithful taxpayers get from government?"
