SARS make judgement before sending final demand

Sars must be desperate. Sent me a demand letter on the 22/05/2021 stating that they sent me a final demand on the 11/12/2021?? In the future. Judgement made on the 26/04/2021. 1 month before the final demand letter was sent. What a bunch of disorganized people. It would be laughable if it were not such a serious matter. Tried calling 8 times this year. Message says that we can leave a message. Option for message and then answering machine informs that they can not take messages. Call again and the message says we need to wait 10 minutes for the call to be answered. No answer to the last call of 52 minutes waiting and ran out of airtime. No other way to communicate with SARS. No email either Accountants visits(s) logged and recorded. last year NO response to these. Perhaps asking too much from them as a follow up would be required.
