SARS LOWER HOPE ROAD SAY'S ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!MEANING WE MIGHT NOT SERVICE YOU

This is SARS lower hope road in Capetown CBD, The staff is extremely slow and they are very *****. If you go there during the day they tell you to enter the offices at your own risk "own risk?!" I thought I might get ******, but no that's because they drag their feet so that they can go home without you being serviced. It is so bad, can inspectors or management please look into this, I have been there 4 times this week and it is different times coz I need help to pay form my mom's hospital bills. THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS BAD AT MOST SARS IT NEEDS TO STOP or hire fresh youg people. Those old grannies and granpa's there are tired.
