SARS looking for reasons not to reimburse people what they owed.

Sars says if you work from home, submit photos, company letter stating this, rates bills, electricity bills you will be reimbursed for office space. Clearly NOT. After been audited the response is, sorry, it wasnt a 360 degree photo, even tho you submitted normal photos. We wont clarify with you what a 360 photo is, we will just reject it. I am a single mom, who works very hard in trauma, didnt even know what a 360 degree photo was, as I am sure many other people dont. I think SARS looks for reasons to reduce refunds for any excuse they can. Its very sad as I the tax payer pay their salaries and dedicate my life to helping others. I have submitted a objection but am told this could take two years in mafia style. How is this fair.
