SARS lodge complaint

I have a problem with SARS since 2021. They said that I owe them an amount of R64000.00, because I have a rental income each an every month of R80.000, of which I don't have any properties that I own. I am working on local municipality as a general assistant. I lodged a complaint since 2021 and always rejected, the last complaint was on 19 May 2023. I don't have that amount, I can't afford it.
