SARS Live Chat... approximately 72min waiting time

Please explain to me what is live chat if I have to wait 72min for a response that is not possible because I am not able to stay online for so long then SARS website crashes or log off. South Africa's finance department cannot assist no one. Even Vodacom does live chat and assistance 00h00 in the morning. Ridiculous!! But when they want something or more money they want immediately response or you must pay penalties.
