SARS lies - a monument to mediocrity

SARS made such a thing about paying rebates after auto-assessments within a week, but nearly 2 months later I'm still waiting... I accepted their assessment but a week later they asked for proof of banking details, which i supp**** immediately. 3 weeks later they asked for proof of address (i have lived here for 10 years as they know). After i supp**** that immediately , they responded 3 weeks later asking me to send a photo with today's date, my case number and my id, like some sort of proof of life / hostage thing. I did that , and rather than wait another 3 weeks for them to respond with another spurious request, i set up a voice appointment, a week later. This came and went without them ringing me, so i set up another appointment. Same again, they never rang. I have now had to set up a 3rd appointment, this time at a different branch, but still a further week later. I have no confidence thst they will ring. On top of that their mobi app shows different infirmation for me than their main website, and when i update they say the changes are filed but they arent. I have tried this over 20 times, each time, same result
