SARS LIES

I submitted my return in march 2020 ,i was advised that there was an outstanding tax directive i needed to submit the tax directive and my certified id copy .When i got to SARS with the documents outstanding i was told i needed to book an appointment i than called in before booking the appointment i was told that the tax directive was received and i need to wait till September end of July i get a sms that there was an amount assesed of -R3865.82 when i go on efiling to accept the amount i find that there is no such amount not even an option for me to accept the amount that was assesed now i have been unemployed since the begining of lock down no source of income when i try to apply for sassa relief fund its advised that i have money at sars .Kindly assist me with resolving this issue and i get my refund i am lost they send me an sms with an amount and when i log in there is no amount .
