SARS latest failed State Entity

SARS called for additional documents for my 2020 assessment. These were submitted on the 2nd January 2021. I subsequently received a letter confirming that the ITR12 I filled was correct. On numerous occasions I have contacted SARS regarding a refund due to me. I used the call back facility on the Mobile efilling App.They keep dropping the calls. Now I am told that my refund must be audited - what a load of ****. They are now becoming one of the many failed state entities
