Sars know how to get money but forget how to refund.... useless

Sars has the worst service ever. Im strugeling from 2019 to get MY money from them and 2020 i have to get a refund again. First i look in to springs sars a bank statement from my absa app then 2 weeks later received a letter they need proof af bank then i took bank statements from tke atm end today i must se t in again now the SARS Springs refuse to help me. How many times do i have to take in my bank details and if i phone alberton they tell me i mist wait for them to do there job
