SARS KEEPS PEOPLE STARVING

For over a month I have been trying to obtain IRP30A. It asks for the ID number of a company. Companies do not have ID numbers and if you do not put the number in it on line will not accept the form. No one at SARS can answer my question and they are preventing people from getting paid. you deal with call centres and they do not understand. I have starving people who need to be paid and SARS will not help.
