SARS KEEP ON SAYING I AM OWING THEM EVEN IF I AM NOTT

2022 to 2023 Sars returns I was informed I am owing R14000 and I need to pay this amount in 10 days I went to Sars the lady who assisted me she confirmed she is not sure why but all documents are correct no one could help further I was advised to log a dispute , I decoded to call their call center the lady advised they submitted on my behalf and they forgot to add medical certificate but I am not owing , 2024 returns I was advised via auto review sars owing me less than 10 rands , I was happy, then decided to withdraw from savings pot I received claim documents that Sars they taking their tax and also taking R14400 that I am owing , returns were done and I was not owing now they taking the same amount of R14000 of the medical aid but on their system they have a proof of medical certificate, my question is till when I must go to sars waisting my time for what they have received, my problem is even if you go there no one wants to take responsibility, they working with our money but making these errors , employer submitted everything
