SARS JUST WANT TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT CLAIM IT'S AN ADMIN FEE

Sars has told me I have an admin fee for the company i told them I don't remember working for, I don't have the company contact details or where they are based, I'm told to google those companies, and are called SOUTH AFRICA AND MMS COMMUNICATION! there's nothing like that on google.. how will I get irp5 I'm told to get, yet they want to debit me for something I don't know.
