Sars is wasting my time

Sars online service it's a bad service.... I've trying to get hold of them since 1st of July they only called and tell me to make an appointment ...I did that when they call they gave me an email address to submit my documents...but their email is full of messages so they can't receive mine....I called SARS today to find out n they said my case is closed bcz I didn't submit my documents....am just tired of this online thing of Sars
