SARS is useless!!! not able to help me with efilin

I have spent weeks of time, countless energy, I dont even know how much money on airtime, data, petrol and unpaid leave to just set up an efiling profile with SARS!!<br> I have submitted my tax for the last 10years with efiling but suddenly this year I have to create a new profile, after doing that I was told I had to drive to the nearest branch (50km away) to submit my bank details. But still cant log in to my profile. The responses from call centre( which I have phoned about 30 times) vary between 1) I have to register again, if I try it says I am already registered, 2) my password has to be reset, which I have done a million times 3)my pc must be the problem, which it is not, as I have tried to log on with 2 different pc's, my ipad and my phone. So what am I supposed to do now???
