SARS is Useless

Sadly, we all have to deal with SARS and, because of this, they can afford to let their levels of service drop when it comes to tying to make contact with them to sort out a query. They may be too busy to answer phone calls but they are not too busy to send out harassing sms's and emails. Try and sort out a query - it's impossible without jumping through a hundred hoops. You either join their interminable queue to speak to a consultant, give them your phone number and wait for evermore for a return phone call or go to one of their offices which appears to be thinly spread. I'm now in my 70's and having sleepless nights because they say I owe them for something I know nothing about and which doesn't appear on my e-filing. I used to be a great fan of SARS in my younger days but no more.
