SARS is useless

I try to phone them to sort out an issue (they just summarily removed all my small business expenses) 334 in the queue, I wait for way more than an hour, only to have them put the phone on the counter, when my turn arrives. I hear them talking but they refuse to answer me, even as I make a big noise to alert them. South Africa is in big trouble.
