Sars is useless

Sars is useless as, I have been trying now for 2 weeks to change my bank details. the call center keeps dropping my calls and no matter what I try I get no satisfaction. I can not get hold of the online chat or to make a booking for an appointment. now how do they expect anyone to get assistance. if this is what we have to look forward to then why don't they rather just close down because it would be exactly the same as it is now. no help and no assistance. and all of this just to change 1 number. its pathetic
