Sars is useless!

I have been holding on the line for 30+ min , then adding my phone number twice for a call back , they call back and once I answer they end the call.!!! HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO SORT OUT MY ENQUIRY! I have been pjoned by a Lindsey , tried to call back no answer !!
