PATHETHIC SERVICE!!!

I have submitted my documents on the 16 August 2018 and the 21 day Audit period has elapsed!!! A dispute was logged on the 16 September 2018 and every time the *********** consultants will sing the same pathetic story that they can't do anything and your query is with the Audit team. I'm sure the Audit team is a bunch of lazy, fat people that play games the whole day instead of doing their job!!!
