SARS is useless

I am so not happy with SARS right now. I have been trying to activate my tax number since last year February it's not done till today. I was informed by their agents that their system created 2 tax numbers under profile hence I don't have an active tax number. So the solution is to deactivate one I carry the other but it's still not done. I have been going to SARS since last year trying to fix this still no luck. When I go there is always find *********** staff who don't know what their doing one. I've been sent from Pilar to post and nothing is done. How many years does it take for one to activate a simple tax number? I am so frustrated.
