SARS is the worst

I have been trying to call SARS call centre since 9am... My calls get cut as soon as it reaches 1h40mis as that is how long it takes to get through to them as I was told about high volumes of calls. I submitted a reassessment on e-filling during the month of October and I need to know why SARS say I owe them!!!
