SARS is stilling from the poor

Sars is having digital platforms for us South Africans to use when we queries but this platforms are not helping and not working for the past two weeks trying to get clarity regarding my e-filing procedure all I wanted to understand what majors they use to calculate tax returns because I suspect something is not right at all my partner at work did submit to a branch the tax documents and he was back paid buy tax and I submitted the same documents via e-filing they say I am owing some few hundreds and where I working everyone who submitted tax returns at the branches got paid and those who did on line or e-filing are owing this government is now stilling from the poor
