SARS is still not there to serve the people

I try to be a good citizen by handing in my docs and paying my SARS. The service I get make me think twice. After 21 working days( the time they give for completion) and still nothing, and we are now 4 working days and counting ....my case nu is.Does it help to call the call centre.... NO!
