sars is senting from pillar to post with my refund am tired now

i am battling to get my refund ,its now stories after stories when comes for them to refund my money.am getting ****ed off now with these people,i did uploaded all the required documents as requested and on my side its showing as all valid and updated and the consultant is telling me **** that ,nothing is not updated ....please help me solve this matter am tired ,we pay tax every month and we pay a lot but when comes for sars to pay tax returns its always a set back
